We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Every Aellon product is carefully inspected twice before reaching you - once before leaving our workshop and again before leaving our distribution center. We encourage you to inspect the furniture once it arrives to make sure that there are no manufacturing defects or visible dents, dings or scratches. Please keep in mind that the nature of reclaimed materials means that pieces will have stress cracks, bolt holes and other design features that make each product individually special.
In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any manufacturing defect, please visit www.aellon.com/customer-service and file a return ticket within 7 days of receiving your order. Please have your order number and product information available to submit with the service ticket. An Aellon customer service representative will respond to you within 24 hours of receiving your return request and will discuss the most convenient way to carry out a product exchange.
We understand that not everything you see online looks the same in person. However, if you decide to return the product for any other reason than shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, or choose not to accept an exchange, you are responsible for the initial shipping charge as well as the shipping cost back to our workshop. So, please make sure you measure your space twice!
Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected to determine the cause of the damage or defect. Appropriate exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and for any taxes due in accordance with applicable state law. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping or pickup fees may apply. Orders eligible for cancellation will be refunded in the original form of tender.
